Old victorian seaside guesthouse feel.

Our Opinion

A simple, small, basic and quite tired two star hotel run by a warm well meaning couple and we like it. Think in terms of seaside guesthouse with price and position being the two key selling points. Rooms are good enough but in no way special - but if you like to fuss and be picky you'd best go somewhere else. The hotel does not have a lift so if you're on the top floor you'll have 3 flights of stairs to deal with. On a street corner so a little more traffic noise but it shouldn't be a problem. Well located for the beach 100 yards and on the edge of town centre.
